There is a model for every conceivable sweeping job – from compact walk-behinds to large, heavy duty ride-on models that sweep up to 16,000 m² per hour.

For indoor use they can be battery-powered or LPG driven. And for demanding outdoor tasks they can be petrol or diesel driven. Some come with versatile dual power supplies that allow them to be used almost anywhere.

They are all designed for simple operation, easy service and maintenance, and they all feature dust- free sweeping. Several models offer a high dump system for easy emptying.

Typical areas for using sweepers are floors in industrial sites like production areas and warehouses.  Or floors in exhibition and shopping centres, parking areas etc.

Road Sweepers

The Nilfisk Road Sweepers all have high suction and a strong airflow which allows them to pick-up  bottles, stones and other heavy debris without clogging. Furthermore a hydraulically operated flap ensures that these objects are picked up without having to stop the machine. The capacity ranges from 500 to 1,300 litres, with large water tanks for enhanced cleaning time. All machines are equipped with  stainless steel hoppers for longer working life.

The small model Nilfisk RS 501 can easily be transported from one job to another on a trailer. With a small wheel base it features an amazing turning radius that allows it to operate in narrow and congested spaces, such as parking lots, footpaths, sidewalks and loading bay areas.

The larger models in the range, Nilfisk RS 850 and RS 1300, combine powerful sweeping with compact design. Rear wheel drive and a short wheel base allow the machine to manoeuvre easily even in the tightest situations and operate close up to walls and other obstacles. Both models have a joystick on  the central console that operates all functions and minimizes any possible operator error.
